Deal to Delivery is a product of Hoodo, a private company based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Hoodo. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website (dealtodelivery.com) and how we handle it.

When you book a demo or contact us, we collect the information you provide , typically your name, role, dealership name, email address, phone number (optional), and any notes you share with us. We use this information solely to respond to your request and to schedule a walkthrough.

When you visit our website, our analytics provider (Google Analytics) may collect aggregated, anonymized information about your visit, pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, and device type. This information helps us understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to demo requests and other inquiries
• Schedule and prepare for walkthroughs

Where we store it

Demo requests are delivered via email and may be stored in our customer relationship tools. Hosting is provided by Vercel. Some of these providers may store data outside of Canada, including in the United States.
